I'm surprised it doesn't exist already (at least not from what I can glean via google search), but I've made a functional sketchbook. I think it's a little silly the only way to raise painting skill is through spending 50+ simoleons on canvasses (real or digital!) so now your artistic sims have something a little less costly (and bulky) to doodle in on the go. Here is the link, Parenthood is required, suggestions welcome.
