I know this problem has been solved a bunch here, but I can't seem to figure out what's wrong with my particular mesh since it's not importing into S4S once I press the import mesh button and select my mesh. I have a feeling it might have something to do with my UV map but I'm not sure if I'm right or how to fix it. This is my blend file, thank you if you take a look!

You need to share 2 files: .package and .blend. Anyway, I can't open your file in general, Blender just shuts down. Any version.

I'm not sure why the Blender file isn't opening since it opens for me. This happened to me the other day and I'm not sure how I fixed it. Here's a different version of the .blend file in case that was the problem and the package

The file is empty. There is no scene in it. I don't know what version of Blender you are using. Export table mesh from S4S using 2.76 in Studio's settings, append your mesh in the same version, do the bone assignment, cut number and make sure that uv map is named correctly and try importing the file made in 2.76 version of Blender.
