I am also having this issue. Doesn't matter what animation I export. CC or EA, the .blend file has nothing in it. I get no error message from Studio or any version of Blender. I've opened in the copy of 2.70 provided for use with S4S, 2.93LTS, and 3.0 Alpha builds and they all give a bunch of 0 frame keyframes on every bone on the body and no actual animation data. I've tried removing and adding different mods with custom or updated skeletons that I have in my mod repository and nothing changed. I wanted to study / tweak some base animations in the game to figure out how Maxis originally used all the bones so I could make a modern Blender animation rig for them, but I can't seem to actually get any of the animations out of the game.

Hi. Try these, if the first one won’t work, try the next ones. You do not need to install 2.76 just yet, try to make 2.7 work - make sure your settings look exactly like this. If you will change anything, close and open s4s again; - run s4s as admin; - add s4s, both the folder and .exe file, to exceptions in your antivirus
