Conversion from TS2 to TS4 weights assignment issue

Hi. As I understand, there is no blend file and the conversion was done using tools available in S4 CAS Tools, right?
If you want to fix it using that software, you need to seek help in the appropriate topic on modthesims. This type of issue never happens when using s4s, so I am not sure what to do with it
If you want to fix it with s4s, you'll need a compatible version of Blender. 2.76 tends to work for everyone.
i think it would be better to re-do the whole package, so it makes sense to watch a conversion tutorial
But here are the setting for the weight transfer ( if i'm not mistaken, 2.76 does not have Vertex mapping, so you can skip it)



Yes, I used S4S but I used Milkshape 3D and S4 CAS TOOLS to make the conversions, but I will try the way you say. I have never used Blender yet so I don't know how to convert with Blender, but I'll try, thank you.
