Hello, I'm new to creating cc, I tried to modify a mirror, it looks good in blender/s4s preview, but it appears to be broken in-game, please help me fix it, I have no idea which part that I did wrong :( Here is the file www.simfileshare.net/download/2233105/

I suggest you place an EA mirror in the same location on the same lot and look in it, because that sure looks to me like a known EA bug that affects all mirrors and only EA can fix. (Though I'm not sure about the pink part at the bottom, since I can see actual mirror in the corner -- is that a reflection of something I can't see, or is that the thing that's misbehaving?) Ok, no, now that I'm home and can actually look at the object in-game and the package file, I see that is definitely an actual problem, I just couldn't translate the screenshot into what's happening. (There is a pink shape on my basically empty test lot too, and also what I thought was reflection near the bottom seems to be a hole instead?) Suspect it may be something I can't help with, but I'll poke at it a little first.

Yeah, this is definitely not in my current skill set. The fact that there is no visible mesh issue out of the game makes me wonder if it might be UV map related, but that's just a guess; hopefully one of the folks who know their mesh stuff can take a look at this for you.

Hi, when you make a tilted mirror you have to change some settings in the mesh relating to the mirror plane. In the Warehouse click on Model LOD, go to the Data tab, click Meshes>Edit Items, then the first FlatMirror, then scroll down to find MirrorPlaneNormal and MirrorPlaneOffset. Here is a link to a thread with an explanation on how to calculate these values, and here is a link to your fixed package. The mirror looks cute! If I can offer a suggestion, I would try to lower the poly count on the mirror plane - it only needs two faces, but it has 96 right now. If you decide to change it I think you should still be able to use the same MirrorPlane values from the fixed file as long as you don't change its position.
