[Solved] Removing this talking effect?

I found mod to remove the "Zzz" effect, etc. The mod was made by turning the game image "Zzz" into a transparent one, that's how it "removes the effect".

But I really wanted to remove this one:



Does anyone know if there's a mod to remove this one?
