Hi. Just add s4s folder to exceptions It usually means your antivirus program is being overzealous about S4S (a common problem with software from small developers), and needs to be told to lay off.

The two things I'd say are likely antivirus issues, based on Andrew's posts and people's results, are inability to write to log files and inability to access the SQL database. Doesn't mean other things may not also be antivirus issues, though.
OP, if you haven't rebooted your computer yet, try that first (the cliche exists for a reason). If you're still having the error after that, go ahead and tell your antivirus to leave S4S alone; even if it's not related to this problem, it may prevent future ones. If you're still having trouble after having done both of those things, you'll need to explain what you were actually doing when you got the error and what other troubleshooting steps you've tried, and if a package file or blend file were involved, upload and link them.
