What kind of mesh is it? If it's an accessory, a hair or clothes, make sure you don't have extra rigs in there, and that everything is assigned to the proper rig (remove the extra ones, there should just be one "rig", but first make sure all parts are added to the one you're keeping), or it won't import into Studio.

Make sure the mesh is visible and selectable. For further assistance please share both package and blend files

For the future, please share .blend, not .blend1. This is a previously saved version of it, we need the one that you imported. You must import .blend, not .blend1 If you are importing the right file, make sure the mesh is visible and selectable as well. Make sure it is saved in the compatible version of Blender.
Also, the mesh is vertex painted with the wrong color. It should be 00ff00.
