Hi. Put s4s folder in exclusions in your antivirus and make sure the game path in the settings looks like /the sims 4, not /the sims 4/game/bin

It says C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4 at the settings, i think that is sims 4. What do you mean with exclusions in your antivirus?

Woop, I wanted to say exceptions. Basically google “how to add exceptions to (the name of your antivirus)”. It is common for antiviruses to block software from small developers from performing certain tasks. We’ve been seeing a lot of people reporting similar issues for this reason

Can you explain what actually happens when you try to recolor something? i.e. are you getting an error on choosing 'standalone recolor' or further into the process, and what sort of error is it?

when I create my mod, i use sims4studio, i click on object, import my texture, and then i add it to the game.I've never had a problem with this before. but now I have it. When i open my game and clicking at my mod it shows a question mark rainbow and green. like this (https://thumbs2.modthesims2.com/img/3/6/8/1/7/9/MTS_HugeLunatic-991927-screen02.jpg) I only have problem when i recolor objects, not skins and build. this happend after i downloaded lastest version of sims4studio.

Ah, I would have called that 'my recolors are broken' and not 'I can't recolor anything'.
If I remember correctly, that can be caused by using texture images that are the wrong size.
Most texture images for TS4 must have dimensions, in pixels, that are powers of 2, such as 256, 512, or 1024. So a square texture might be 1024x1024 or 512x512, and a rectangle might be 512x1024. If that doesn't take care of it, you'll need to share a link to your package file.
