Hi, guys. When we clone cc, the thumbnails are not included , right? ( or is it just in my case? ). So is there a way of including them without having to re-upload them? Which field in CAS parts is responsible for them? I've tried copy-pasting the instance numbers of images into Key of corresponding CAS parts but that was the wrong place and the item just disappeared from CAS
Or am i instancing the wrong way? Should i add images first and change their numbers? didnt work

Nope, doesn't clone thumbnails for some reason. D: I think someone once said there was a trick to make it easier but I can't remember. The Key is the CAS Part's identifier, so that's why it disappeared when you changed it. And I just tested it, pretty cool, but there is no reference in CAS Part to the thumbnail. As long as the CAS Part Thumbnail and the CAS Part share the same instance, they will automatically be associated with each other. I tested it by selecting "Add" while selecting my only CAS Part in the file and choosing CAS Part Thumbnail, left the instance the same but changed the group to 00000002 that they use (80000000 does not work in my first test), imported a random thumbnail, saved, closed, re-opened and the thumbnail appeared on the studio tab.

Is this still a thing? I'm trying to make variants of a tattoo for different body parts and it would be great if I didn't have to reupload tons of thumbnails for each variant, but I can't just use Save As without the instance becoming a duplicate
