Hi. This happens because your shadow map is of the wrong size.
But you have a lot of other problems:
- Export the garment as thin. You only need inner geometry in places where it is visible. You certainly do not need side geometry so dense; - You cloned an item that is made of 3 meshgroups but imported the blend with one. Only one meshgroup was overwritten. The whole body is overlapping; - If your mesh is affected by skirt bones, you need to clone something that is as well. Clone Dresspanels, one meshgroup + skirt bones; - Do not transfer uvs and weights from the nude body to items with skirt-like bottoms. They are rigged and uv unwrapped differently. The mesh will move and morph the wrong way; - Use nearest face interpolated when transferring weights and uvs.

I have a lot of problems on deciding on what to tranfer weights from. Could you give me some tips/tutorials?

If the garment does not go below the waist line (where the bottom starts) or above the neck line (where the head starts), you can use the nude upper body found under rig as a reference. It does not matter what the garment looks like. If the garment goes below the waist line, you need to join the upper body with the lower body or use a swimsuit as a reference (unless the garment has a skirt-like bottom). If the garment has a skirt-like bottom, use something of the same length (as close as possible) with the least amount of sculpted details.
For your garment use DressPanels for everything
