Whenever I import any pose, my sim's fingers are stretched out in the weirdest way. I recently took a look at the rig and found things I know for a fact aren't supposed to be there (Pic 1). I have spoken with a friend who also has this problem so I'm not the only one experiencing this! Please help me

All bones that are in the pictures supposed to be there. The extended parts are hidden if you view the rig in that version of Blender that you use in Studio settings. Studio was coded that way to export the rig with only those bones that are needed to be visible.

I don't see the files. Without the files, there is no way to tell. They have to be exported with compatible with Sims 4 Studio version of Blender, not the one on your screenshot.
