[REQUEST] ask any sim about feelings and needs

I know it sounds kinda simple but it is very useful to be able to know what other sims outside my own household feel like, for example if you have a friend that is hungry it might be useful to ask him about that and he might respond in a text from that he feels hungry or he needs to go to bathroom, or maybe that he has the tired moodlet or need to take a bath moodlet, because that might help us understand how to help that sim out if we have food or go inside a house, the mod adds a new option in friendly that says "ask about needs and feeling" and a notification will appear listing all the bad moodlets the sim got, obviously I still don't understand why we don't have this in vanilla because we already have all these moodlets that any sim can have but you can't use them in social situation, like you can even ask about other feelings like why are you sad or why are you shy all of the moodlets can be very useful in social situations and can make socializing more interesting.
