If you're talking about an S4S batch fix, you can copy the unaltered files from the backup that S4S creates when the batch fix is run back over the batchfixed version. It's rare that anyone would want to replace every file with the unfixed version, though. If you have disabled CC for random without removing files that shouldn't be disabled for random, and now have broken default skintones and/or default eyes, or faceless Sims, all you need to do is either replace or redownload those individual files. (Faceless Sims are usually caused by disabling the eyelash remover for random.) If it's something else, you should probably specify what the issue is.
