Hi. The area where the holes occur is affected by weights and morphs differently. You need to select these edges loops from both sides (on the jacket and on the turtleneck), tools - remove doubles, change Merge distance to 0,0001. This will fix weights. Then isolate the selection ( Shift H ), switch to uv_1, select each vertex between the turtleneck and the jacket that is joined in 3d now, then press W - Merge to join them, too. Alt H to unhide everything
