I have been trying to convert objects into accessories for a while, however they lose a lot of polys and end up becoming very ugly when converted to accessories. Is there any way to convert them without losing the mesh quality so much?

when in the conversion process do they lose polys? I think in the import process for sims 4 studio. When I put the object in the game, it looks terrible

Hi. You’re probably using the wrong word because s4s does not reduce the polycount. If you mean the texture quality becomes worse, there is nothing you can do about it other than put the uvs and textures in the space meant for a different category of accessories. If you mean some parts of the mesh are missing, then make sure what you import has the same number of meshgroups as what you cloned
