I recently disallowed all cc for randoms and it worked but when I launched my game all of my new townies didn't have a face.. Even some of the ones I created.. So I've been trying to allow cc for randoms again to see if it works but everytime I try to do it, it says that there was an error related to my antivirus. the problem is I don't have one, what am I supposed to do ?

Hi I've done what you told me to do but it still gives me the same error.. Do you know anything else I could try? And, as for the heads, no i don't have any head replacement.. they only appear with their teeth..

It worked, I had to unistall and re-install sims4studio but now i get another error The Sims 4 Studio - Version 188.8.131.52 System.InvalidOperationException: em System.Runtime.CompilerServices.AsyncServices.<ThrowAsync>b__0(Object state) em System.Windows.Threading.ExceptionWrapper.InternalRealCall(Delegate callback, Object args, Int32 numArgs) em System.Windows.Threading.ExceptionWrapper.TryCatchWhen(Object source, Delegate callback, Object args, Int32 numArgs, Delegate catchHandler) Do you know what this means?
Not sure what's going on with your S4S, but as far as your faceless Sims go, the cause of this problem is almost always the file that automatically removes EA eyelashes from all Sims. This file IS a head replacement, and it absolutely can't be disabled for random, nor should it be edited in any other way. You don't want to try fixing it by editing it again; you want to delete it and download a fresh copy.
If you are using any default replacement skins of any kind, or any default replacement eyes, they will also be broken if you disabled them for random. (I keep all my CAS defaults in their own folder that isn't part of my main folder for CAS stuff so I don't have to worry about this happening.)
