WCIF High School by My Homeless Sims

i downloaded high school by My Homeless Sims months ago but i dont remember using since? recently i need to use but i cant place at all since it seems bugged as you can see in the image bellow 
i dont have any problem with any lot i have/download, i tried different saves same issue with this exact lot nothing else, so i think the problem shouldnt be my game fault.

i thought maybe i should redownload to fix any bugs if user updated but it seems like the whole download link is removed, i already tried archive i get to site which leads to mediafire link but the file doesnt exist. 

if there's no way to get fixed version, can i at least fix for my personal use? i never dealt with tray files so i have no idea if its possible to fix and how
