Mod Request: Video Station works on community lots

Hello! If you know how to make tuning/programming mods and are willing to do this, I would love a mod that allows the video stations from Get Famous to be used on community lots. Currently, if you try to record video anywhere other than your own home, the video inventory of the station just comes up empty. I find this incredibly annoying, as I am trying to create a career-oriented save file with a number of community lot workplaces for professions that could really use a working video station. Let me know if this is doable, please; I understand that there may be programming I don't understand that might make this impossible, and if so I would appreciate someone letting me know that. Thanks!
