I've got some new walls created and now I just need to figure out the best hosting options. What are your thoughts on Sims FileShare? I hate MediaFire and other ad-driven, high-risk sites. Since I haven't used any of TSR's tools and their guidelines are a little restrictive. Unless there are better options, STS + Twitter seems to be the best option. Thoughts?

Modthesims is one option, but the guidelines can be a bit restrictive and/or difficult to follow at first. You'd be able to share directly on the site. Other than that, you could set up a Tumblr or other form of blog variant.
Simfileshare and various other simple upload sites works fine for Tumblr, blogs, forums, and any type of sites without a file uploading system (I use Simfileshare, can be unstable occasionally, but most of the time it works). Cloud storage services might be an option, too. Dropbox and Box are decent enough but have limited capacity unless you pay for them (you get roughly 2 GB for each for a free account - it lasts for a while depending on what you upload, I've used both). Google Drive and Onedrive can also work (haven't tried these but several people use them in the simming community). Anything with a simple enough link that doesn't spawn a whole heap of ads is fine (in my opinion, anyway). Even Mediafire isn't the worst to download from nowadays (at least with a decent adblocker) - but I don't trust the site as a file host as they previously have deleted several simmers' files without warning, but the last time they did that is a while ago now.
No idea if Twitter is a good solution for CC uploads (haven't seen examples of this). I think you may be able to share here on S4S too. At TSR you have to wait for an age and a half to download a single file (especially with any sort of adblock installed), so it can be one of the most annoying sites to download from if you're on a downloading spree - just one or two steps down from when people use other kinds of adblock-blockers, or there's VIP type uploads with several weeks of waiting that they insist on advertising for every single day. But at least it's not adfly-type links or pay/donation only (those are the worst)...

Hi. In my opinion, google disk is the best because: - you can generate direct links so that when a person clicks on the link on your blog, they get a download window instead of being re-directed to the google disk website; - even if you won’t make direct links, there will be no pop-ups or ads on the google disk website; - there is 15 gigabytes of space you can use for free; - I’ve been using google disk for 4 years and it was down only once. Simfileshare is often down or gives errors
As for where to put them: - if you do not plan on making more cc or regularly, it is best to upload it on websites like modthesims or tsr that are more search-based - if you plan on making more, it is best to get your own blog on the platform with big ts4 community like tumblr or a thread/profile on ts4-themed forum/website like this one, tsr, modthesims( I do not recommend blogger, people will have harder time finding your cc)
