I really want to convert the bikini I saw for toddlers to kids but I don't know how. All I see is tutorials for adults to kids.

Hi. Does the bikini have any sculpted details? If it is texture-based, than you just need to edit the texture. If not, then the process of editing the mesh is the same regardless of what age category you will be transferring it from or to. In your case you just need to make it bigger

Try this:
- export the diffuse texture from the toddler swimsuit;
- clone a swimsuit for kids, import the diffuse there;
- if everything will look fine, export other maps and import them here
