I know this is next to or maybe even impossible, but it would be greatly appreciated if there was a mod to have only female patients; I'm running a women's clinic, so of course there'd only be women receiving health care.
I get possibly no pregnant sims to come into the hospital when my sim is working (she is a surgeon), so if there was a way to increase that chance that would be a wonderful addition also.

There probably is, but you could simply ignore the men, or delete them/kill them, kind of turn them away since it's an only women's clinic. I'm not extremely experienced with code, so I can't really help you, but I will see what I can find in terms of mods and link them back to you.

OK, so I did find the locked doors mod: modthesims.info/d/552565 which may or may not add in gender specific locks, but there is a bathroom add on for the mod here, which has to be installed along with the sims 4 door locks mod above. modthesims.info/d/552565 (it's basically the same link as above, except the fact that it is the downloads page rather then the description,) or, as a last resort, just replace the doors of the hospital with the female specific bathroom doors from build mode.
