Hi, so I recently started having troubles with some cc (not my own, I don't make cc myself) in my game being recognised as nude. I found a solution on here that said chaging the Buff tag in warehouse would fix it, which it did. But now it's a whole new file and I'd have to go through all of the households in my save and manually give them the new clothing that is fixed. My question is: is there a way to edit the warehouse tags on the existing file instead of having to make a new one?

Hi. Hmm, that might actually be an s4s bug. This is not meant to happen.
Do you just open the file and remove the bug? Or do you clone it?
Do you have windows or mac?

I'm on Windows. The only way I can get to the warehouse tab is to make a new CC creation and thus a new file, though I am a newbie when it comes to S4S so I might be missing a different way to view those tags. I used the method described in this post to fix the issue of the clothing being seen as nude: sims4studio.com/thread/13780/solved-clothes-recognized-gameI know the person in that thread did make the CC themselves and I didn't, but it's the only solution I could find.

No, that's not how you're supposed to do that. In the main menu click on My projects, select the needed package, go to the warehouse tab, in the search bar to the left type in CAS (this will show you only CAS Part ). In the search bar to the right type in Buff. Type 0 in the instance and type of each CAS part
I thought there was a batch fix for that but oddly there is none ( unless it is named differently ).

Ah I see, I had a feeling there was another way to do it but I just couldn't figure it out (like I said, s4s newbie). Anyway, thank you for the help!

Another tip: you can set the Sims 4 package files to open automatically when you double-click on them. Right-click on a package file--any package file will do--and choose Properties. Make sure you are in the General tab. You'll see the words "Opens With" and a button that says "Change." Click that button and cycle to the Sims4Studio app. If the app doesn't show up in your list after clicking the Change button, click on "More Apps" at the bottom of the list. You might have to scroll down to see it. It'll have a downward pointing arrow next to it. If you click it, more apps will show in the list. Once you've found the S4S app, select it, then click OK. In the main properties screen, click Apply, then click OK. If you still don't see the Sims4Studio app scroll all the way down to the bottom of the apps listed and choose "Look for another app on this PC." Then navigate to the Sims 4 executable file. It should be installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\Sims 4 Studio. Choose S4Studio.exe then click Open to close that screen and then, in the main Properties window, choose Apply, then OK. After that, you can just double-click on any Sims4 package file and Studio will open it automatically. This is great if you're lazy like me and don't want to have to click more than absolutely necessary, lol.
