Realistic colorful Koi fish with animation for TS4 ponds

Some time has passed since I posted this, but I am still so into this CC.
In the meantime the newest Add On has brought some changes in terms of ponds, since it is now possible to place animated fish without CC. However, I am still so unhappy with the current solution and would be the happiest girl in the world if anyone could "pimp" our game up by giving us an option for colorful and beautiful Koi fish for our ponds just like in this picture.
Still really really miss this in the game!

Would also appreciate if someone cold take care of this wonderful Lotus plants!

Both, the Koi fish and the Lotus plants are from wonderful creator PineappleForest. She is very open for conversions from TS2 into TS4 and has allowed to convert her awesome Waterlily Tub in the past.

This is not what I was looking for. I hoped for a realistic looking koi fish animation as I mentioned above.
I think the picture shows pretty much what I am looking for. But this was made for TS2.
Don't know if it could be converted into TS4 especially since it would require an animation?
Creator PineApple Forest in general allows her/his mods to be converted. So if anyone is willing to do it I would contact her and ask for permission.
A modder from this forum has asked her/him before to do it with her waterlilly tub and she/he agreed.

I think to make a new animation with colourful Koi would be a difficult mod. But to recolour the existing ones might not be so hard. I have recoloured the lionfish from Island Living from purple to pink and even separated the back fins so they flowed rather than flapped. That wasn't difficult as it just the texture I was playing with. However, when I tried the Outdoor Retreat fish with the same mesh it will not show up so I think that it depends who made those Koi. I will have a look at the game Koi and see if it's worth a try to recolour them But I warn you I haven't used a realistic fish texture before so don't get your hopes too high. 

Ok I had a look, I was thinking maybe the Snowy Escape Kio would be a separate mesh that could host a recolour or be the start of a mod but they are not. The one base game Kio is all there is and they only thing I could do is attempt a recolour of it, but that still leaves you without the group of different colours you want. 

 There maybe someone out there can do this mod but its not an easy request. What would make it easier is if there was a game pond with several different fish in it that could be switched to koi. Wait, like the fishing ponds, I wonder if they could be manipulated in this way. Coolspear has a few mods that allow the sims to catch certain fish, he uses the little fishing signs so it must be possible to group them like this.
 It might be worth a shot to use one of those game ponds as base for the koi pool you want but it's beyond my skills. I think the tuning would have to be altered to add a few koi shaped fish,(and the orginal). Switch the other, fish to the koi mesh, use recolours to make them individual. Either clear the pond surface (easy done) or change the shape of the pool if the animations would allow it, and make it more attractive. Add some lily pads and DADA! Sounds easy right, except it's full of traps to someone who is not familiar with the way the fish work, like will the animation still work if they have swapped to a different fish and if not why not? or why not just change them all to koi and give them a different tuning id and use recolours.? I'm rambling sorry. If anyone out there wants to give this a try I'd be interested to take a look at the result.
