I want to know how to texturing Photoshop the seams of jeans. I tried jeans photo into my baked texture, The direction of the seam does not match the uv .

There are different approaches to creating seams in photoshop or blender, but technically none of this is ts4-specific, so not really something we should be helping on this forum with. BUT we can help with aligning uvs to the texture which would be the best thing to do in your case anyway. - in 3d view select all of your mesh with A; - in UV editor turn off the sync ( the first underlined button ); - change sticky selection ( the last button) to Shared location; - assign your texture as a background in the uv editor; - press Q, then press T, uncheck Lock borders; - zoom closer to the texture of your jeans and start moving the borders of the uv island to match your texture. Do not worry about what the wireframe looks like inside; - once you're done with all uv islands, select the borders ( Shift-Alt-RMB-click on them ), pin them with P, select everything with A, unwrap. This will straighten the inside of the uv islands; In the future, if you have an image of the flattened articke of clothing (like those jeans ), use it as a reference for creating patterns in MD.
