Help with world map mod

Can someone help me with the world map mod. I have downloaded the packages files from dershayan site and they are just stunning. But now only Strangerville, Granite Falls and Selvadorada works. And from what I see from their social media, he/she isn't online on them anymore for more then a year. Now I followed the tuturial here (How to Create World Map Overrides). I did every step and it works, but not how I want to lol. I have double blocks for the lots. 





Does anyone know how to fix this and the photo lined up with the lots?
