Introduction
This thread serves as a link to two tutorials showing how to obtain a Sims 3 mesh from a Sims 3.package or SimPack and get that mesh into Blender easily. Both of these tutorials are posted in the Build/Buy/Tuning tutorial section but both will work for CAS items as well. Rather than reposting them both here I am simply linking them. Note, neither of these tutorials goes over how to convert a Sims 3 item to Sims 4. They show how to obtain the mesh and move it to Blender so you can begin the conversion process.
