"Half Wall" that is full height, identical to normal walls

This would be such a boon for builders making lots with multiple buildings on them, to ensure the walls never have to go down, and make walls in other adjacent buildings look better.

I doubt this is possible (if custom wall types were possible...we'd have them) but maybe there's a workaround someone can manage? Who knows.
