I can't seem to access it, it's locked I asked for request but the person hasn't gave me any access at all. I need the animations list. Does anyone have the list? I don't want to extract the animations and have to use a list of them.

Does this help? Seems like all you'd have to do is look at the game's install files. There are a number of package files in the install folder. They're quite large as they contain everything that's in the game so searching through them would be a pain but it's doable. You'll need to follow Turbodriver's instructions. Regarding macros, I don't know much about that but there are some instructions here.

The list is no longer supported because it's a built-in feature of S4S now.
1. Open S4S.
2. Open the S4S cheat console, same way as in Sims 4 (Ctrl + Shift + C).
3. When it opens, copy and paste list.animations and hit enter or click ok.
4. After a bit a new window will popup with a list of all in-game animations. Copy everything in the list (Ctrl + A to select everything), paste it somewhere for you to save.
