Everytime I try to delete a swatch from a car, the program closes. I've tried and tried. Is this normal?

Need more info. A screenshot and your blend and package files will help. Oh, and if it's Studio acting up, take a look at what the log file says at the bottom. You'll find the log file in your Documents folder. It's a .txt file.

I can't take a screen shot as every time I try to delete a swatch from a CC car, the program closes. That's the issue. I can't delete swatches from any CC cars as the program shuts down

Share a package file as fwecka suggested. This is not a problem with the software because we, who are using the same software, are not experiencing it. This is the problem with the files in the package. We need to see the package to know what is wrong with it

I meant take a screenshot if there was an error screen popping up; oftentimes, there is. What does the log file say near the bottom of the log?

- go to imgur.com/upload?beta- upload the image - RMB-click on the image and choose Copy link or something like this; - paste it in the message here
that said, we need to see the file - click on upload file, choose the package, click on Begin upload;
- click on Copy link

Open this package in Studio. Then: 1. Go to the Warehouse tab. 2. Scroll down and find the Model line. 3. Click the Data tab on the right. 4. Click the Edit Items button next to Lods. 5. Select all the Shadow lines. 6. Click Remove. 7. Save the package, close Studio. 8. Delete swatches.

Which place do I open it? Under object or build? I only use Studio to remove swatches, add or remove tags on my downloads and such, so I'm somewhat confused

I followed your instruction, found all the right places just as in your display, but I still get an error.
