I have a error message showing on s4s only when I try to import a specific mesh. I have tried these solutions by reading tutorials here and none of them worked:

Use 2.76 version
Delete Documents/Sims4Studio folder and run Studio again
My game path to 2.76 version now
I have zip versions of blender
Reinstalled blender 2.70 version

Hii, the blend file is in the same version of blender that has in s4s. I tried to import a blend file w/ 2.76 version and game path to 2.76 version, and I also tried to import a blend file w/ 2.70 version and game path to 2.70 version.

I updated s4s but I still got the same error :/

(I was trying to import this to a shirt that also have only one cut number, so I thought that maybe this was causing the problem because my creation is very big, so I created more cut numbers and I tried to import to a creation with the same amount of it, but it still doesn't work :/

Pssss: looks like this with 2.76 game path, but it doesn't work as well (even with blend file being 2.76 too). I think it's a problem with the blend file because others creations are importing properly, but everything seems to be ok with my blend file :/

Attempt update: I changed the folder and blender 2.76 is not on the download folder anymore. Still not working. Somebody please help me :(

As you export the blend, put it in the same place where other blend that could be imported are

Just reread your post. You're using a portable version of Blender, right? It looks like the folder is named "blender-2.76-windows64" but inside that folder you have another folder named "blender-2.76-windows64" and inside of that are the Blender files. Just to be safe move the contents of the folder into one folder named "blender-2.76-windows64" and then changed the file path to reflect that change.

Or, you could just install Blender and set your file path accordingly.

Edit: I cloned a top with one cut number and tried to import your mesh. Got the same error as you. BUT, I deleted all of the weights and retransferred them. I was able to import the mesh without a problem. It took a while because the top is high poly which you will need to fix.

You don't need 2.70 to transfer weights. You can use 2.76 (I use 2.78).

1. Select your mesh, edit mode. Select some of the body parts, Ctrl + L, then P to separate.
2. Select your mesh. Delete all groups.

3. Append your reference, if an extra rig is imported delete it. Delete the bone_bone_shape while you're at it.
4. Ctrl + J to join the reference's mesh groups if there are more than one.
5. Transfer the weights.

6. Delete your reference mesh.
7. Reduce the polycount of your top.
8. Ctrl + J to join your mesh with the body parts.
9. Save then import your mesh.

When you download a portable version in a zip file, it is named like this. When you extract the files, it creates a folder with the same name, which is not a problem. Just now saw your post. Yeah, I'm sure it's fine, but I would move the contents of the folder anyway just to be safe. But, that's just me. I think it's better to install it, too.

It worked!! Thank you. I'd never imagine that this was the problem, but I suspected it was a problem with this file because all the other creations were importing well to s4s.
For some reasion the weight transfer on blender 2.76 didn't work, so I opened blender 2.77 as I always do when I have to do weight transfer and worked fine.

Weights cannot cause this problem, s4s does not check them when it comes to CAS items. It was saving in a different version of blender that did it. You’re the second person this week who has this issue, but it all happens with different versions AND different files. These windows updates are messing up everything
