I was able to successfully convert an adult hair to a child hair, and after that I started getting these errors. So I made a new user account on my computer and was once again able to successfully convert an adult mesh to child, but when I tried again I get these same errors. I'm not sure why s4 studio lets me convert one time, and after that I can't at all It will just say importing mesh, I even let it go on while I watched a movie and nothing. The first time I imported a mesh it took maybe 1 minute, on both accounts. Can anybody help me and see what I'm doing wrong? I've even uninstalled and reinstalled blender & s4 studio 3 times. I've restarted my computer. I also use a new hair package every time because I thought the hair package was the problem. Still can't get rid of this error, & the mesh will not import. Thank you!

Does your hair has cut numbers? Are you running s4s as admin?

If I remember correctly, 2.79 had a bug regarding security issues. Supposedly that was fixed with 2.79b but it may not have been. You can try a different version of Blender and see if that helps. I use 2.78. Many people use 2.76. Based on the error message, it seems to be a security issue. If using a different version of Blender doesn't work try taking ownership of your folders and making an exception for Studio in your antivirus. Regarding the error about Blender being used by another process, take a look at this. Simply closing Blender may help, however. I'd show you some screenshots but Imgur (where I keep my screenshots) is down at the moment.
