Hi! I'm new here, I have been making a new mesh for a cloth top, but I keep getting this same issue when importing it in the game : imgur.com/a/uIJAp0Xfor starter i did all the basic checklist, vertex paint, uv_1 transfer, weight paint, and that's it! before that, imported the whole mesh from 3dsmax to blender (including the base skin part) but for some reason, it still didn't work, is there anything that i'm missing?

What are you seeing in-game, what version of Blender did you use to transfer weights, and can you share your blend and package files?

Hi. You transferred weights the wrong way. You should also not overwrite the rigging information for hands, delete them and replace with maxis ones

Normals have no say in how the mesh will moves in the game. Blender 2.7 and 2.76 have different weight transfer menu and default setting. In 2.7 you could click on the Tranfer weights button and be done, now you need to do a few more steps Redo everything again, making sure the reference is visible. You should also replace the nude arms, delete the reference, change the cut number, and clone an item made of one meshgroup, preferably not a nude top.

I switched to blender 2.7 for transferring weight, many thanks! imgur.com/a/kbfec9Ubut I noticed abit of unwrapping error as appeared on the link, it didn't appear skewed on my blender files tho, is it possibly related to cut number aswell?

Oh, you just need to get that uv island at the very bottom away from the uv space border. Just select island and that area and type G Y 3
