Sorry idk where else to post this. I usually recolor hair using sims4studio and photoshop with a dds plugin. Tonight I keep getting a message on sims4studio that says "must be saved as a PNG or an uncomprssed DDS B8G8R8A8 (Linear, A8R8G8B8) with mip maps. I haven't recolored anything in a while but I haven't done anything differently and I've been trying to play around with the photoshop settings but nothing's working. Has anyone else had this problem lately?
I also clicked "manage plugins" on photoshop and it's saying I don't have any but when I check my plugin folder on my computer it says the Nvidia dds thing is there
