I'm using Sims Studio version 3.1.5.6 (wishes) but I've never done much more with it than use it manage CC and make recolors of Maxis items. Right now I'm working on making some additional Styled Looks and I'm following this tutorial by MizoreYukii to do so. However, I am having some problems with step 5 of her tutorial, which tells me to open "content management" and then select "my library" to choose a sim that I have saved to my library with the outfit I am looking for. The only things I can see in My Library are the maxis pre-builts that are available with the base game. Nothing I have added to my library or that Maxis has made for additional packs is in there. I poked around for a bit to see if my file directories had been set up incorrectly or if I had somehow ended up with a second tray file, but no dice. If I use the game files cruiser tool to look at my tray files, all the files in there have "maxis" as the creator name, which makes me assume that all of them are just the prebuilts I saw in the library. I apologize if this is an exceedingly dumb question, but I haven't found anything on google and I'm getting desperate haha.

If you open the Gallery and go to your Library in the game, you should be able to see if the Sim was successfully saved there or not. If they don't show up in the game either then they weren't saved.

Did you originally play the game in a different language and now have two document folders? If so, this is a current bug with S4S so you will need to manually copy/paste your Tray files to the old language folder.

Excuse me, but what do you mean by "copy/paste your tray files to the old language folder ?" I wonder why this issue exists but without being able to fix it, even with your explanations.

cedsec go to C:\Users\----\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 folder. There you will see Tray folder, as well as ("Tray" in another language). Open Tray folder, press Ctrl A to select everything, RMB-click and choose Copy. Go back to The Sims 4 folder, open ("Tray" in another language) folder, RMB-click in the blank space, choose Paste.

Thanks for your response, a way more understandable, but the issue is at the same step. My library still only show Maxis creations. I'm about to throw in the towel... There are serious gaps in this Sims 4 studio.

cedsec did you restart s4s? If yes, try the opposite- move everything from the old folder to the new one This is more of the game’s shortcoming rather than s4s, why does it create those double folders in the first place?

I had this problem but I have my game in original English so this was super confusing but turns out the problem was that my documents is on the D: drive and not C:. My old documents folder exist on C: still so I just copypaste the tray into the old folders that still exist there. I'm sure I could just have used anywhere to put it but it was just for testing purposes anyway.

I have a similar problem and I don’t know how too solve it. I reinstalled S4S, but it still is looking for the tray file in a place that doesn’t exist anymore on one drive even though I changed the folder it should be looking. It work for the screenshot but not the tray files.
