Hi. I think your problem is caused by the size of the plane. There are limits to how big a cas item can be.
that said, the way the plane is adapted is not right. Fixing it will not fix the issue, but make sure to avoid the following in the future:
1). The issue you tried fixing by adding bevel and solidify modifiers is simply flipped normals. Remove both modifiers. In edit mode select the whole plane with A and press Ctrl N. In some places the faces will still face the wrong direction. Select all these faces manually and Mesh - Normals -Flip normals; 2). Rename uv_1 to uv_0; 3). Vertex paint the mesh with black if you do not want the garment to morph; 4). Clone a ring, not that creator’s package. Its Region map is edited the wrong way.

Is there a way I could have it in the game without it causing problems as an accessory or without it being an object as I wanted to use this for a plane animation. Would there be a way to enlarge the accessory once it's in game?

Also what is the size limit for accessories?

It is not about accessory size limit but CAS items in general, I think. I have seen this issue before with clothing and do not think there is a solution to this.
How your plane is cropped is the limit.
To test my theory you can clone a hat, export it, then scale it to the size of the plane, then re-import it back, and check in-game.
