Greetings,
I was wondering if it's possible to disable certain traits, so that no sim or NPC will have them? Specifically, I'm thinking of the pet fears and obsessions. I have never known an animal who behaved this way who did not have serious underlying trauma. It's just not normal behavior for a dog to stare at the refrigerator all day and night, or to run and hide from a coffee maker. I would like to disable these, but I can't quite work out how.
I have a pet control mod that lets me control pets as if they're human sims, and one that makes quirks visible, and MCCC and UI Cheats -- I've used these in combination to remove all fears and obsessions from a dog in my game, but as soon as I restart the game they all return. So if anyone can help me create a mod that just kills all these traits completely, I'd be grateful. Thanks!

I've had a look at a mod that disables pet fear, and it works by going into Action Tuning entries and disabling the reactions to the feared thing:
<L n="loot_actions"> ... <V t="reaction"> <U n="reaction"> <V n="si_reaction" t="disabled"> <U n="disabled"> <T n="affordance">176584<!--reactions_Pet_Fearful_VariedOutcome_Laydown--></T>
But for pet obsessions, I can't find anything with exactly the same structure. Instead of loot_Reaction_Fear_Thing, the closest I can find is loot_Commodity_Obsess_Thing. Under the L n="loot_actions" container, everything is labeled as "statistics" rather than "reactions." Would it work to disable those, or break something that might damage my save?
