Hi. We need to know what exactly you are going for (a picture or a description of the costume) or what part of the process you are struggling with to provide a specific answer. As of right now, the only thing I can suggest is to clone a similar full body outfit and study how it’s made (as opposed to tops/bottoms, if that is what you have experience with)

Well, it will be a bit challenging taken the body proportions of the model differ from ts4 rig. Find the mascot/animal costume in the catalogue that is the closest to yours in terms of body proportions and clone it. Export the blend, open it, join all meshgroups into one if there are many of them, rename to reference. Import your model there. Select the reference and roughly change its shape to fit your mesh. Transfer weight. This tutorial shows how to edit weights. Vertex paint the mesh with black. You can occupy the whole uv space in uv_0. You do not have to make uv_1. Assign the cut and the type, delete the reference. Once done, you need to clone a full body item that comes with shoes. There is a masculine frame item called Noctis, go for it. It is possible that there will be severe distortions in the head area because the Noctis outfit is not affected by bones from the head region, if this happens, tell me and I’ll explain what to do
