I was making a hat, everything was going great until i went to blender to bake the texture!!!
EDIT: I think it has nothing to do with the baking, but has everything to do with the mesh itself.

Hi. When you bake textures, increase Margin to 7. If won’t help, share the package and blend files please

1). You should not use Smart uv unwrap. The seams must exist in places where they make sense from realistic standpoint. See how this bucket hat is sewn? You should mark seams in the same or similar way Marking the seams like this will result in pretty big but unfortunately shaped uvs. You can straighten them with Follow active quads and split further 2). There should be bigger margins between uv islands; 3). and margins during baking There are a few other things that you need to fix - is the mesh meant for a specific character that is going to be bald? If no, you must place uvs in the space meant for hats, not hair; - you have 3 uv maps. There should be only two: uv_0 for projecting textures and uv_1 for morphing; - the mesh must be vertex painted with 007f00 or it will not morph as intended

Nono, see Mark seam button in the side menu, under unwrap? So you select an edge loop by Alt clicking on it, Shift-Alt-click to select more edge loops, then click Mark seam. Then you select everything with A and click on Unwrap. After that, if needed, you can add more seams to break up those big uv islands or you can straighten them

are you using the file i dm-ed you? You need to watch or read a proper start to finish accessory making tutorial because the hat was not adapted to work in the game
