Obviously I'm not a fashion designer, that can figure out what shapes needed to make a cloth. But I can work on already available sewing pattern.
To be specific I'm looking for an accordion skirt sewing pattern to be worked on for ts4 cc. But if you know any general sites that have many sewing patterns available for download, that's ok too.

Hi. I don’t know about the website but MD nas a tool for making pleated skirts. Google “marvelous designer pleated skirt” to see how to use it
You do not need to use sewing patterns to make garments if a similar one already exists in the game. You can just clean up the mesh and import it as patterns in md

In Fashion we call these Paper Patterns:So you could also google search; "Skirt paper Pattern" Pleated skirt paper pattern etc as well!
