Since a couple of weeks, I have the same problem coming up in Sims 4 Studio whenever I want to look at my Custom Content.
It seems that this is the issue with clothes only.
I have the newest Sims 4 Version and my Sims 4 Studio should also be uptodate.
The error reads following:

CASPartResource version 46 is not supported. This most likely means that the game has patched beyond what this version of studio supports. Please check for an updated version of SIms 4 Studio.
So I have been waiting for an update to get this fixed, but now I wonder if I have to install the Beta Version.
