I've tried b__R_Cheek__ b__R_Squint__ b__CAS_R_EyeArea__ and weight painting them, but it seem those are not the bones affecting the cheek slider.

b__CAS_R_EyeArea__ everything that has "CAS" in the name is responsible for morphing

b__CAS_R_EyeArea__ Has no effect though. I paint only the right. but result of the right and left is the same.
I have also experimenting with TS4 hijab and deleting its facial bones, all the CAS all the cheek, brows, etc. But the cheek slider still works fine. So... it must be have no relation with the bones, instead of something else.

select the head in blender, switch to weight paint, type "cas" in the search bar in the vertex groups field, select each vertex group. If none affects that area, its uv_1. You can try vertex painting that area of the hijab that gets in the face area with 007F3F

T_T
007F3F.
It works.
I want to cry. It's been so loooooongggggg figuring all of these details. My hijab is near completion. It turns out, TS4 Hijab also uses this color on some area. What kind of deformation is this color do... or when do we use this color ?

This color is used in areas that need to be affected by all(?) facial sliders. Haven’t tested to know which ones, as in, if it’s bone-dependant ones or just uv_1 (or both). Basically hairlines, facial hair, piercing, the roots of eyelashes are painted with it in the area where they touch the skin.
