Hi. In the outliner there is "rig". Click on the eye icon next to it. You'll see that the arm bones of the rig do not align with the arms of the mesh

When you resize the dress, make sure that the top for children is visible in the background to use it as a guide. Your priority is to more-or-less align the arms. If needed, adjust the mesh further in edit mode

While you should not use a top(if you plan on sharing it with other people), that is not what is causing this. The lace meshgroup must have Simglass shader assigned to it, that will enable transparency

I figured out why the black box appears apparently I had it on the wrong shader due to me joining them together so now I just redid the dress where the one that requires simglass is joined together and the base of the dress is separated from it. all I need to do is what base do I use for a child dress since there no clothing body for it edit and now it not even loading i have no idea why it not working drive.google.com/file/d/16P_nT5Dr2IiUGo_-h5r-Q2xmF6MROe_V/view?usp=sharing

Hi. Sorry for the long wait. Umm, the shared blend is for the adult frame. Did you import it in the package with the rig for children?
