Hi. Could you specify what exactly are you trying to make, as in, from what category? Accessory head replacement? Facepaint? Presets? .obj is a 3d-related format, so the only reason you’d want to get it in photoshop would be to paint over the head to create skins, make up, etc. So you need the head mesh to paint over in another software? If yes, the basic head can be exported from any CAS package (choose Create 3D standalone, click CAS, clone the first thing in the list, press Next, save it somewhere. In Mesh tab choose Export, open the exported blend. Expand the rig, make head_2 or head selectable, one of them is the real head, select it, File - Export - Wavefront(obj))

Hello mauvemorn, Thank you for the fast answer. I'll try to sort my thoughts here :D I'm currently trying to figure out how to create skin overlays. But I'm more interested in face overlays like e.g. in the video: Since Photoshop is unfortunately only available as a subscription, I would like to try to do it in other ways first. Currently my wish would be that I have an obj. file for the adult female head, where I could then, for example, edit the head with an image in the Pro-Create app and then the 2d texture. This is finally possible in this app. So far I haven't found any other program where I could use such a head with the associated texture. Because I saw that there is a possibility that you can just put an image of a face on the skin and then remove the eyes completely: But I would like to cut out the eyes so I can still use the eyelids. That's why I think I need the 3d head. I don't really understand what you mean by category. I just want to create a face that will appear where you can choose the wrinkles and beauty features. What program is the screenshot from? And what exactly is a Cas package? Sorry for asking that many questions. And thank you very much for helping me and sorry for my bad englisch Regards

As a beginner, you need to start by watching a start-to-finish tutorial and follow it step-by-step. You should get a free trial of photoshop to just follow the tutorial. Once you'll figure it out, you can delete it and recreate the process in other software. Trying to figure it out yourself from the very beginning in another software will not get you far.
The software in the picture is blender. It is free and you can do what you need to do in it. You might even find the tutorial for face paint specifically for it. CAS packages are the items you see in Create-a-sim menu.

We don’t really help with this here but there are tutorials that show how to rip a sim from the game and then get it in blender. After that you can just delete everything that is not the head
