I've been doing quite some work on radio channels lately.
I am releasing fully-functional custom-made radio channels here (19 available so far), and the generator I use, which allows you to generate your own channels exactly the way you want them in just a few minutes, is available on my Patreon.
If you want to make your own channels manually without the generator, you can also use my script that injects stereo channels, TV channels, and computer video games, on all the related in-game objects, so no need for any override or custom stereos
