Could you show us your paths in s4s settings?

can you check this file? I think this error is because of blender program.. not S4S.

The mesh won't import because the cut number is wrong. That said, as of right now the item is not made the right way. It would be more reasonable to delete the body and make the item a necklace. - When you imported the mesh from MD to Blender, it was lying on the ground. That was because of the wrong export settings. Even if you will rotate it (which, by the way, must not be done in Object mode), it will not sit right on the body. I assume you used a different body in MD to make the necktie. If yes, going back to MD and fixing this will be faster than trying to fix it in Blender. Delete the avatar, import the right body, run the simulation. Then export with these settings: - Find something that is similar to what you're making or functions as you want yours to function. For example, you want the necktie to function as a necklace but no necklace is long enough to be affected by breast bones. It would be a better idea to clone a bra, import the blend there, and re-categorize it as a necklace. Clone a bra, export the blend, open it. You will see one meshgroup. To replace it in the package, your necktie must have the same cut number, which in this case is 0000; - Import the necktie in the scene; - Rename the uv map to uv_0. In MD the uv space is square. The CAS textures are rectangular. When you set rectangular textures as the background for uvs that were generated in the square uv space, they stretch. Before transforming them you must shrink them back to the original size with S Y 0.5. Then put them in the space meant for necklaces (pendant); - You need to transfer weights and uvs with different settings than the default ones. Create a new map, name uv_1. Select the necktie, add Data transfer modifier, choose the bra as Source object, set the rest like in the pic, making sure to enable UVs, Apply; - Select the bra, Shift-select the necktie, switch to Weight paint, choose Transfer weights, set everything like in the pic. Then choose Clean with All groups. Then Limit total with 4; - vertex paint the mesh with 00ff00. This is not the color one uses for accessory but you want yours to move like clothing; - add thickness to the mesh;
- Delete the bra; - make sure the necklace has Type set to GEOM, Cut set to 0000 and is visible. Save. Import in s4s instead of the bra, in Categories tab change Clothing top to Necklace
