Get to Work Question

Hi everyone,

Just bought Sims 4 (I'm late I know!) and skipped Sims 3.

I may be mis-remembering but I think in the Sims 2 work expansion you could charge money for sims using things but not buying?

I wondered if this was a possibility in the Sims 4 expansion ?

I had a nice idea for a  daycare centre where the adults would hang around for coffee and children would play with toys etc.

I'm guessing not but keeping my fingers crossed!!
