So I'm trying to make a hair from scratch for the first time and I'm pretty new to everything, and I'm trying to put the texture on the mesh and when I use Follow Active Quads function all of the tri pieces stick to the middle on top of each other. Is there a way to flay them out too? I've been working on this hair for like 10 hours and I'm terrified I'll have to completely start over. I also tried to convert the quads to tris and it's not really working great. Thanks!

You need to enable sharing oh I'm sorry!! here's the updated link!! But also I think I figured out the problem, I decimated the mesh before doing any uv unwrapping, so I decided to try and put the texture on the og mesh and it's working pretty good! and it still looks good after I decimate it a lil bit too! So I think my problem is solved, thanks so much for trying to help though!!
