So I'm trying to convert one of my Animal Crossing conversions for Sims 2 into Sims 4, and I'm running into an unpleasant problem. While it looked completely fine in TS2 and in S4S, the lighting on, most egregiously, the bench and rug get funky. I've fixed both the bump and specular maps, removed doubles, and while I know that it could be the number of UV islands to blame (particularly on the rug), I can't honestly think of a way to fix it without having to remap the dang thing from scratch; I even tried "mark seams from islands" to no avail. It doesn't help that I'm more familiar with newer versions of Blender, honestly. The white one is the one that I can notice what's going on, as it's negligible on the other colors. (note: screencaps were before some texture-fixing.) Any help short of straight up telling me to just remap the UVs would be lovely. An addition: here's what the bench looks like with a plain grey texture on:

You removed doubles? You probably need to do the opposite - edge split. (Object mode > select the mesh > modifiers > edge split)

That sadly didn't help and actually made things worse.

I'm having an issue even opening the sims 4 studio. Okay so when it opens it tells me that it can not find the sims 4 path even though I already redirected it. I have a Mac by the way.

Sure. I also included the other two objects in the set for the simple sake of seeing if I'm doing anything else wrong. (I know the rug is a bit messy with overlapping faces, but those faces render fine in TS2)

The file has been deleted (plus malwarebytes gives me a warning on that site). Can you upload it to google drive or simsfileshare?
