The batch fix isn't working for me. I know my beds need updated, but I ran the fix and it says none of them need updating. Has anyone else run into this?

I am having the exact same problem. I thought S4S reads subfolders; has that capability been removed?

I pulled mine out of the subfolders and ran it again and it still didn't update them. Very strange. Also, I tried the manual fix and Studio isn't recognizing most of my cc, so I can't do it that way either. I tried another batch fix, the one for disallowing shoes for werewolves and it updated them just fine.
I guess I'm just gonna have to delete all of my bedroom cc and track down new ones that have been updated already.  |

Hello. This might be the wrong thread to post on but im new to S4S and im in desperate need of help. Recently i got the batch fix for the highschool years beds, but i think it broke my game because i keep getting the "last crash" file, and "build and buy" and "object" are some of the main key words in my "last exception" file. How do it remove/undo the s4s batch fix without even knowing where to remove it from? i cant find the batch fix folder in my mods, nor my s4s file. PLEASE HELP!!

Hi, I am very new to trying to fix things in Sims 4 Studio, I just know how to download CAS/Mods and use them. My question is, when I've gone to Object Previewer, I can only see the base game/expansion pack items. Where would all my CAS downloads be located? Do I need to change something in a setting to show it where my downloads are? Apologies if I made that confusing. Any help would be appreciated, I hate not being able to use the bedroom items. thesadsimmer3 Studio is saving the batch fix copies in its own Documents/Sims4Studio/Mods folder NOT the game mods folder.
altduckula Studio does not preview your mods like that. If your settings are correct, click on "My CC and Studio will locate your game mods folder and then you can see them. If you just want to batch fix your beds, you have to go to "Content Management", "Batch fixes" and "Fix Bed Slots" as shown HERE
If the bed batch fix does not work on some beds, then they should be shared here for a closer look.

I was wondering can I batch fix my CC beds pre-HSY that are merged into a package? will S4S be able to recognize the CC bed inside the merged package and fix it automatically while not touching the other files? Or do I have to unmerge the package file so that I can fix it manually.

Hi, Thank you for your help! :-) For some reason that fix bed slots on the batch fixes doesn't come up on mine. I'm starting to get irritated with the sims now, my games look like they're working and saving, then, BAM! Error saving!!! I haven't even be able to play high school years yet because of this. I do hope there will be a fix soon. Thank you again! |

altduckula , You have to download the latest studio version. If you mean the saving Error532, it’s a known issue since the Highschool patch. Read more about it HERE
